Services
Ofbox Solutions provides 24/7 live virtual receptionists, AI voice agents, AI web chat, outbound campaigns, and integrations for businesses. Specific deliverables and pricing are described in your service agreement or order form.
Billing & cancellation
Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to send unlawful, abusive, or spam communications, or to violate any applicable law including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.
Intellectual property
You own your content. We own our platform, templates, and underlying technology. Upon full payment, ownership of bespoke website code and design assets created for you transfers to your business.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ofbox Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
